Response times are very prompt. Equipment failure is a major issue in a small lab and Dustin understands our need for a quick response. We've had other TechOne employees work with us over the years and the response time has always been great. The work is always done quickly and efficiently. If a problem occurs right after a repair, TechOne will keep the work order open until all repairs are complete and we are completely satisfied. Management works with us as well as the technicians.
Nate does great work and I feel like I am always informed if a part needs to be ordered, when it should arrive and the completion of the repair.
